Imogen Smith
I’m an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, dedicated to helping people through some of their most difficult times in life. I hold a special interest in working with people who are struggling to move forwards from traumatic experiences, and parents looking for support with navigating the vast array of pre- and post-natal challenges.
Many of my clients find great benefit from the weaving in of compassion focused techniques, and building on their foundations for wellness. Whether that be nourishing and energising their body through nutrition and movement, or broadening their capacity for meaningful social connection.
Both personal and professional experience has taught me that validation is often the starting point for meaningful change – feeling truly heard matters.
